The product I ordered and the product that I received are two different products – I had ordered Paul Mitchell tea tree anti-thinning-what I received was scalp care Regina Plex, shampoo. Not what was advertised. Not what I ordered. Anti-thinning is what you say I pay for, but Regina Plex is what you send. You know that the anti-thinning is discontinued, but you still advertise that you have it. You need to be honest and change your descritpion. You were willing to refund my payment which is appreciated-we decided to keep the Regina and give it a try.
